yeah, this “thank you” item needs to be revisited. almost 5 days in and still can’t just log in and play. I understand they are a small team and they are working hard but can’t help but get frustrated with it taking this long to sort out after it being in beta for literally years.
almost 6 days. count properly. 21,22,23,24,25 february and we will have 26 in few hours so the sixth day of unplayable product listed on steam as coop MP, they got money for 4 copies from me and my friends, doing exactly nothing to even try something else than “we are working”. enable to play offline chars that was made in EA, enable temporary playing offline with cyckle char and eventually ban these ones that was modified by external tools. you have much more oportunities than some stupid cape…
Hi, guys! How to recive a cloak?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to claim. To claim it you must be in the game, and this is something that has been impossible for 6 days now 
I’ve received all four twitch drops in-game.
Remember that after earning the drop you need to claim in your twitch inventory page ( Twitch ) and then it might take a few hours for you to see it in online LE.
I suppose I ought to QQ that it’s winter here, it’s cold! I want to be able to wear both cloaks at once! 
They already had the twitch stuff set up before launch. For the Autumn(n)al cloak and the bee pets they are going to have to do a one-off to give them to players, since they didn’t plan for the launch to go like this. It’s quite likely that the person who would know the DB commands to grant the items is busy with server issues - and I wouldn’t want to distract him right now! So don’t expect the cloak and bees until the servers are stable.
4 days since post and can’t find item? Anyone have an answer. Loving the game just wish things “just worked”

A post shortly after this one was started stated that everyone should have them by 1 March. They are just seriously busy right now trying to make things work for everyone.
