Orchirian's Petals & Orchirian The Rampant

So I’m wondering if anyone else as the same issue.
last epoch DB says that this unique as a 100% chance to drop from Orchirian The Rampant,
I must have killed him over 300 times and still haven’t found his unique relic.
Also killed him over 20 times with current character ( he has unique drop rate blessing and Relic drop chance blessing)
So technically his chance to drop it is well over 100, more like 190% chance to drop actually.

Is it out of the game completly?

Orchirian’s petal is not from monolith. It is from Verdant lakes time rift :slight_smile: The entrance to the time rift is right next to the waypoint in rust lands
