Option A/B/C instead of all options in Settings/Graphics

There are only “Option A”, “Option B” and “Optoin C” in all boxes. And how I can choose correct one?

Hello I am having the same issue. Deleted & Re installed the game. Did not fix it.

I have a solution: just delete file C:\Users(…)\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\le_graphicsmanager.ini
