So I only ever plan to play solo. But will there be anything exclusive to online only? Like cosmetics rewards, the next cycles, etc or will I be able to access everything offline?

Eventually, there wil be cycle-only content, though probably not until 1.2+.
You mention cosmetic rewards. Cosmetics aren’t currently available in offline at all. Who knows if and when they will be.
Apparently you cannot see cosmetics while playing offline mode.
Apparently, in full offline they can’t check which cosmetics we’ve bought, so we don’t get any offline at all.

Most likely but you can create an cycle character in offline-mode as well, so maybe they handle it like you can get the stuff offline as well, but then just need (like online) to create an fresh cycle character, which is pretty cool if they pull this imho.
It’s possible. They did say that offline would have everything online does (except stuff like chat/trade/group/leaderboards/cosmetics, ofc). Including pinnacle bosses. So it’s quite possible that you will still get it playing offline.

The funny thing is that offline has a chat.
The leaderboard is an online gimmick only though.
Sure. Offline also has Merchants Guild and a Bazaar. It’s much easier to just leave them in-game though you can’t do anything with them, rather than take them out and risk bugs.
Can you get the benefits from Circle of Fortune in offline or is that online only?

but will they continue to allow offline cycle characters like they have this cycle? i honestly dont care much for cosmetics and being able to participate in cycles is really the only deal breaker for me
No way to know for sure. It’s possible that you will be able to. They have said in the past that the offline client will have everything, including pinnacle bosses, so cycle content should be no different. I mean, we even have merchants guild, bazaar and chat in offline, though they don’t really do anything.
But there is no official answer on this yet, though.
