Tranquil Spirit node for Eterra’s Blessing on Primalist is nonfunctional. With the node allocated I’m still unable to use the skill with insufficient mana.
Apparently it only functions when you’re not at full health and have less than the required mana so there’s that. I guess this can be closed.
