I have created two new characters and tried to login. On both occasions it says that online play is unavailable. Are servers still down? (EU West).

same here east US. Seems like servers overwhelmed with everyone at the launch. No surprise. They will get it fixed.

  • If you log in and character select is blank please restart your client

Initial burst of load is hitting the matchmaker quite hard - working on scaling it faster. This may result in failed or slow scene transitions, especially in town zones. Will keep everyone in the loop with what weā€™re seeing in the war room!

ā€œscene transitionā€ also applies to loading into the game as it loads a scene. Clearing out buffers and trying to stabilize!

This is not the problem. The problem is that, once you have created the character, you cannot play online.

Same here EU West. Message is now instant when I click ā€œenter gameā€

Same problem, can see characters but online play unavaialble.
