When the online season 1 characters go to legacy, am I able to transfer them to offline so all my characters and items are offline?
No. Online to offline transfer isn’t available.
That would only happen if you were playing offline cycle (though there would be little point to that), in which case they would be transferred to offline legacy.

Just wondered as when game first launched servers were trash so I played offline, and then a few weeks ago I started playing again and played online but preferred offline. And wanted to combine the 2 so everything is offline. But it’s all good I’ll just delete the online characters
You don’t have to delete them, though. You can just leave them there to play at some point in the future. It’s not like you miss out on anything for leaving them there.

yeah I know, but characters weren’t that important (was just like 5 pieces of gear I wanted to keep)
