I’m in the process of leveling and at Wengari Fortress.
I’m level 45, for a zone that is level 47.
I have 50+% resists, 620 hp…
Why i’m getting one shotted during leveling process by a leap attack that is not telegraphed at all… (Matriach and Patriarcg bosses)
So what are my solutions ? Overleveling ? how is that mandatory during the campaign ?
Other point that bothers me :
If it is the intedend difficulty, why i have litteraly no access to healing items…
Find one refilling pot is non existent (sorry but you potion system sucks… either we buy infinite potions at the merchant, or give us refilling charges on every mobs/pack being killed)
My build is full of life leech / regen / heal on spells and sill my life is still playing a rollercoaster mini game at every pack…
If the intendend way is to craft you items :
Why i have no healing shards, no health on hit shards (like i have 2 since begining of campaign)
Find a better balance for your campaign, because at level 45 i’m begining to not liking it whatsoever and prefering Path of Exile campaing where mobs don’t one shot me until endgame…
Both of those are telegraphed. The Matriarch’s is a blue circle while she leaps & the Patriarch’s is the standard Avalanche circles on the ground, like the golems you encountered for the couple of maps on the way to those two bosses.
The Matriarch will only leap if you’re not in melee range & if you’re just outside of melee range & she does leap you still have a short amount of time to move out of the way since the circle generally isn’t centred on you.
The Patriarch’s Avalanche is most commonly cast when you’re in melee(ish) range of him so it pays to keep moving to draw the Matriarch away from the Patriarch so you don’t get caught by his attack. That said, the Patriarch has significantly less hp than the Matriarch so it may be a good idea to focus him down first then you can stay in melee range of the Matriarch with no issues.
If you could upload your build to the build planner that would allow us to give some specific feedback.
Your resists were ok but could be a bit higher, your hp seemed a bit low as well but not significantly so depending on the build you’re running.
They are aware of that issue & are looking into a better way of refilling your pots in town.
Are you picking up all the shards that drop? Are you shattering items with useful affixes?
Sorry to say, but the campaign is pretty easy, there used to be a bit of a difficulty spike going into the chapter you’re having issues with but I think it was smoothed out. But if you can link your build via the build planner (there’s an upload button so you don’t have to manually add everything) we can see what suggestions we can make to help.
As for shaterring items for shards sorry but i don’t have enough runes (like 6) to shatter everything i would love to…
And yes i pick up all shards when i see those cause they tend to blend in and sometime i don’t see those.
As for telegraphs, maybe it’s me but sometime i don’t see those… I had the case earlier in the campain with the lich type mobs in the desert, i could ne see teir circles that blend with the sand.
