On-Potion-Use effects should last longer(?)

So, first time trying something like this and while I like it I find the duration too short. I have a tier 6 mod with +%chance to find potions on an exalted ring and I still can’t keep the potion flow up at all times or at the very least when I need it most. Is there something that I’m missing? Isn’t this how it’s supposed to work? I mean what’s the point if you build around this mechanic and you can’t make use of it? Do I need to invest more? If so isn’t it too much of an investment?

How does this mechanic work for you people?

Personally hate using Potion based boosts… but if I were planning to take advantage of this mechanic, i would probably recommend going for some of the uniques that have specific potion related boosts…

Things lke Jungle Queen's Chaps of Holding - Unique Leather Belt - Belt - Last Epoch Item Database to boost the number of potions you can hold to 10… to at least offset the potion duration issue…

I dont think that there are any potion duration boosters… could be mistaken but I dont think there are.

That belt looks nice but it doesn’t fit to my build. I’m playing a Spellblade with Exsanguinous chest.

hmm… so you have converted potions to ward then? Not sure if there is actually a good way to make potions boosts on a low health build work well. but then again, as I said, I hate using potions so much I never really tried… dont recall any builds that took advantage of them… honestly the only thing I find potions good for is clearing ailments…

maybe someone has done some theorycrafting and can offer some insights into this…

I most certainly have. I enjoy the build, my only problem is that the potion buff doesn’t last long. I don’t know what else I can do either. Thanks anyway.
