Im seeing way to many people getting confused with these two offline modes.

Each season since this was added ends up with several post about why a player cant get the game to launch into either offline mode

Iv also seen post with players that launch the game in full offline mode and try clicking offline once in game to have it do nothing not even letting them in the game.

My suggestion is makes these two mode streamlined in terms of launching the game into either of these.

Problem: Im seeing to many players not even know about full offline mode or have no clue how to get to full offline mode and think clicking that offline button is full offline mode.

My suggestion is make them more clear on how to get to them. Its confusing more players than it should be.

Every season theres always post about how one cant launch the game in offline/full offline modes. In turn makes some players think u cant play when the servers are down.

Tbh this shouldnt be this confusing for the community

Edit: suggestion for this i have is. Have both offline and full offline have a button in game. If u click full offline it will completely switch to full offline. I suggest this.

Another is when someone has zero internet and launches the game it automatically launches in full offline mode. With a warning in game telling u the game is in full offline mode.

Another suggestion is when servers are offline to prepare for the next season. Have the game automatically launch in full offline.

I think these suggestions would help reduce alot of the confusion i see in the forms. And the warning is there to help people not freak out cuz there character seems to have disappeared when it didnt

The problem with adding a button to the “regular” client is that this client already connects to the servers. And full offline must never do that.

I think EHG implementing a simple launcher would be enough and simpler for players. Many games already do so.

The launcher would have the 3 options: full offline, server offline and online. It would explain each of them. When it launches one of the modes, it immediately skips the “play online” “play offline” buttons and goes into character selection right away (it’s annoying running full offline and still have to click the play offline button).
It would also have an option to remember the choice so the launcher doesn’t show up anymore and will instead run the selected mode.

This way, every player will be aware that there are 3 modes when they first launch the game.
If players want to change their mode later, they can run the launcher directly.

This is actually a good idea. Tbh i was kinda thinking something like this or even an offline client of the game kinda like the stand alone client they used to have a few yrs ago.

I dont play either offline modes. Just want to see this more streamlined and straight to the point as far as what each one is. Especially accessing them. For those that do.

this is the first season i wanted to play full offline as i will be going for a 2 weeks cruise next week. i face an issue when i launch the client for offline mode. after clicking play offline. the whole client just stuck there. i need to quit and relaunch it multiple times before it will go in. i would say the chances of able to get in is only around 20% which is frustrating. anyone faces the same?

I’ve had that happen a few times as well, but you don’t need to relaunch the client.
When that happens, just hit ESC until the menu shows up and select “Leave game”. It will take you back to that same menu and when you click “Play offline” it will now take you to the character selection.

I think this is caused by a loop in the MTX verification process. Try to wait a couple of seconds after starting the full offline mode, before hitting the Play button. I noticed it less likely to happen then.

ciao,io sono dieci giorni che cerco inutilmente a giocare offline,ma niente,si blocca sempre nella schermata di caricamento del pg nel mondo di gioco,le o provate tutte,reinstallato piu’ volte,togliere la connessione,ma niente,inoltre ultimamente quando ritorno alla schermata dei pg,mi ritrovo il pg appena fatto con un’armatura del terzo episodio,e non la solita di quando lo crei,non so’ piu’ che fare,l’assistenza non mi risponde,se qualcuno mi puo’ aiutare grazie
