[Offline] Quest echo reward chest is empty

After successfully completing a quest echo and exiting via a portal, the chest to the right is always empty. This only happens with quest echoes, not normal echoes.

It is not a filter problem, tried with the toggle to disable filters and tried to remove all filters manually, still every quest echo chest is empty.

Just wanted to hop on and say I have the same issue. Each time I see it brought up the topic just dies.
