I’m a father of 3 including a 2yr old and do not get very much time to play. I really like Last Epoch and have bought several supporter packs and a fair bit of MTX but I do not like that I cannot view my MTX unless I play Online mode. With having kids including a young child I have to step away a lot and sometimes without notice. Each time I do, I cannot pause the game and usually end up dead or logged out when I finally come back to the PC.
I really want to play offline mode (the offline mode from the main menu and not the fully offline mode from the steam menu) so that I can pause the game, but not seeing being able to use / see the MTX I paid for really sucks.

Devs have said that they’re looking into it. So I would guess it wil come sometime in the future. At least for the false offline, which is what you’re using.
In the meantime, I know it’s not a solution, but you can still play online, except that instead of hitting pause (which I know is much easier), you can simply hit “T” (or whatever key you have binded for town portal) and enter it. That should only take a couple of seconds.
It’s a bit more annoying, and you have to restart the echo/zone. So it’s up to you to weigh both options and see which you prefer, until such time as the devs figure out this issue.
Yeah i know about town portal but when the baby is crying you do not always have a second to say hold on let me TP out or even think about it if it’s that “I’m hurt cry”, that also does not fix the issue that if I’m gone for a little to long I have been logged all of the way out.
I have been managing just not NEARLY as enjoyable as it could be… Not asking for pause or anything like that in ONLINE play just MTX when in “false offline” or rather any mode that you can pause and walk away from without fear or being gone “too long.”
Actually, devs are looking into that. It’s something they’d like to add.
This is also something they’d like to add, although I would guess it will take longer than the previous point.
I wasn’t saying your concerns aren’t valid, because they are. I was just trying to give you an alternative until either of them gets looked at.
