Offline client - Cannot login with character after BSOD

EDIT on March 14th: Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Then immediately made a new character. I can enter the game with that one and get the intro cinematic. Then I get an eternal loading screen. So far it has been 6 minutes of loading. I mean, according to the little loading symbol in the bottom right it IS loading. That thing hasn’t frozen or whatever. But still. I cannot currently play this game in the way I want to. Not with an existing character and not with a new one.

I’m playing LE in full offline mode. Yesterday at around 9:30 P.M. I had a blue screen on my PC (Windows 10 22H2 Build 19045.4046) with the exception KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. I had that BSOD while playing LE on my Warlock, although I do not think it has to do with that Warlock since I’ve been playing that build for quite a few weeks now. The PC itself is a bit older now (CPU is an AMD 2700X, GPU is an nvidia 980). After the BSOD I ran the WIndows Memory Diagnostic tool. That one didn’t find any errors, according to the event viewer. The feature “Fast Startup” in Windows 10 is deactivated.

I did not start Last Epoch again, to keep playing. After running MemDiagnostics and that finding nothing, I turned of my PC and went to bed.

Today I wanted to continue with that Warlock and cannot get into the game. When I select the Warlock and click on “Enter Game”, the Enter Game button turns grey for about 1.5 seconds and then I’m still at the character select. From that point I can click wherever and whatever I want. I can go into Settings, click on another character, whatever. When I select my Warlock and click on “Enter Game” again, the button turns grey for 0.3 to 0.5 seconds. If I spam that button the character’s idle animation lags for that small period of time. As if the game was trying to get me into the game, halting the animation. It seems to be doing something.

I can actually get into the game with my Bladedancer, no problem. I already tried to “Verify integrety of game files” on Steam. No luck.

Log files should be attached. When I start the game, I get an error in the Windows Event Viewer regarding "
WindowsEventViewer_Windows-Gaming-GameBar-PresenceServer-Internal-PresenceWriter.txt (297 Bytes)
", although I don’t know, if that has to do with my issue, since I can get into the game on my other character, as I said (attached txt file of that log entry is in German; no idea how to turn my event viewer specifically into English, sorry).

Best regards in advance.
