Hey guys, i am a seaman, i see that the game is in beta, my question is, if i buy the game can i play it whithout internet on the vessel?
Please answer me, in 3 days i go on the vessel and i really want to buy it, in case i can play offline/single player.

The game is currently offline so you shpuld be able to. I will test after work by tryong to opem whem dissconnected from internet
Right now you need to connect before playing, even if after login in you don’t need internet anymore. I assume they will change it later when they will fully release the multiplayer and offline/online mode.
thank you mate, can you try to connect to game with steam in offline mode and whithout internet connection?
I am pretty sure you won’t be able to play without a connection, haven’t tested though.
if anyone can test steam offline and internet disconnected, please reply.

My understanding is that while the devs intend to have the game be playable fully offline in some form in the future, currently you do need to have internet connection to log in before you can play the game client side (i.e. offline). Someone can correct me if I am wrong.
Just dropping in to confirm that @Baltax and @Jerle are correct. 
At release Last Epoch will support both online-only and offline-only characters; the latter of which you will not need an internet connection to play. As the former will be stored server-side, it will not be possible to play such characters without an internet connection.
