Buttons in UI completely gone. Tried multiple items. RIP my slams tonight.

I’ve been having the same issue. I ran one of the echoes and thought it was me, so I re-logged and ran another, just for the same issue to occur. I died in one of the instances, while I survived the echo in another.
I have same issue I ran the echo I tried many different items like exalted rare but there was nothing on the Ui so I couldnt choose anything
Yea I have the same issue. I tried multiple rings with dex , int , strength. No options pop up to swap attributes like before
