When using Relic of The Observer in Oerden’s Watch, for some item (already checked it with non-sealed attribute affix and have available crafting potential) can only be exchange between strength and intellgence, and unable to select dexterity and attunement. Currently I do not find any similarities between the item that have this issue.

Tried again today and it was working
I was unable to swap anything in mine today, on any item - i slapped a bunch in there to test
unsure how to upload images here - but i just had a “swap” button that i couldnt click with no other options. tried flipping between the timelines and items with spare affix slots, multiple different stats(str int etc), rare/exalted - didnt matter
