Observatory bugged?

So I’m playing offline, just got to the observatory. There are 4 telescopes, none of which show me any constelations, yet I have a questline that says I need to fulfill a prophecy. I tried rerolling, but nothing showed up afterwards either.

Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

You have to build up your reputation first which is just a matter of killing some mobs. It doesn’t take long.
