The quest Oasis Hunt displays a passive point reward for completing the quest, but when completed it only rewarded gold and XP. No passive point was given.
Same just happened to me, idk if there is no passive point reward in this quest or if it is bugged and it is not giving it.
If you have got the 15 out of 15 passives points from quests you will get only xp and gold. There is more passives points reward then what you can actually get.
