So Im playing pure spriggan form build. And I have tears of the forest, the legacy of the quiet forest, Hazelroot scepter, Boots of Etera, and I could have silvafrond ring if I wanted one. That’s five uniques that all support the Spriggan form skill tree directly.
Is there any other skill tree with more unique item support (in terms of umber of items) in the game?
I don’t know if exist something with more uniques, but I know one build that basically don’t have any specific for itself, hammmerdin paladin, 0 specific uniques, maybe this is also a record
Not sure if it is more, but runic invocation has quite some unique support, even three idols.
Because base-none-gear spriggan form is almost unusable. The devs made it a lot of uniques because it was weak. The other forms are decent and viable on their own.
Would you say that is more of the Devs realizing it was weak and just did the gear with uniques as a way to supplement the current skills/passive design of it? Would you rather have them fix the skills/passive if that was the case?
I guess ~488 corruption is super weak then. He only used 1 Spriggan Form unique (Tears of the Forest, likely for the +skills rather than the rage per vine given he’s spamming Spirit Thorns for rage).
Quite a few of the uniques have been around for a long time & pre-date the redesign of the forms.
Edit: There’s also this one as well. Again, only Tears of the Forest.
488 is not bad at all if it’s a recent build from 1.1- 1.1 made a lot of previous builds in my opinion less viable [I am impatient thou, I can’t tolerate slow bossing fights].
So for me if I can’t delete bosses ward phases quickly I tend to re-roll a build.
