When you go up to an npc vendor you get a shop/leave dialogue box. its pointless, get rid of it
Discussed and suggested numerous times before (and dare I say more politely). Devs have indicated that dialog interactions are all being revisited and changed along with various UI updates that are on the backburner while they work on Multiplayer.
