I love Death Seal and the idea of delayed damage. My wish is for a unique that enhances Death Seal in some way. My ultimate dream is to have a permenent Death Seal, or that it automatically procs in some way (in a much much weaker format of course).

An example could be: Death Seal automatically protects agaisnt any damage dealt below 33% of your life at 50% efficiency. Death seal cannot be enhanced in any way through skill points.

To phrase this as a question: Can we please get a unqiue which alters Death Seal (Preferably on a belt)?
