Not sure how to use Lightning maul/rampage

Not sure how to manage the relatively long CDs on them to make speccing them lightning worth it. Or how to get enough rage.

I was originally complaining about swipe not being able to overlap with it for a good lightning bear build, but I realized Warcry can be specced to help maintain maelstrom stacks, so a standalone swipe build works.

You can get Rage on Swipe hit, boss hit and Roar with various skill nodes plus Rage on crit with a Druid passive.
