Not Responding when zoning in

I’ve attached a Windows screenshot plus player files for the issue. It happens infrequently when Teleporting to town specifically Lower Council and today when porting to Sapphire on the map for the gem quest.

EDIT: OK not sure what’s going on but whatever I do with the file to upload (changing a jpg to .txt or .zip) it does not work!
Is something else broken?

EDIT2: OK not bothering to upload the jpg showing issue with epoch.exe PID 8072, Thread 7196 issue, just uploading player logs & iniPlayer.log (19.6 KB) Player-prev.log (201.1 KB) le_graphicsmanager.ini (486 Bytes)

Unfortunately I don’t see any information in the log file regarding what caused the freeze for you. We’ll do our best to look into it. Thanks!
