I was just farming some monoliths when this bug happened. After being afk for a while I continued and all sets/uniques that dropped had no nameplates so I could not pick them up. To be sure, I disabled my filter via the X-key but still nothing. It happened 3 times in the same map.

I just noticed, I could not pick up any item at all - not just within the map, everywhere. Just gold and potions. After leaving the game and entering again, all went back to normal and I could see all nameplates again. Weird.
Did you by mistake hit the Z key? This toggles all pickups…
I looked through the chat and did not see any messages that indicated that I pressed Z, but I am not a hundred percent sure. If potions and gold also get disabled with Z, then it’s a bug because I could see those still - otherwise it might be my mistake.
