Not able to use skills

Hi,

I have been having alot of fights were all of a sudden I’m unable to use any skills.
I still see my input on the skillbar but nothing is happening. (matching skill flashes when I press it)
This usually happens in a bossfight , just now also happened in arena, so it’s very annoying, have had it now for 10-15 times.
I play Sentinel with skills Rive, Erasing Strike, Void Cleave, Lunge and Rebuke.

yeah this keeps happening… to bad I was enjoying this run, came back after a while, but this is really ruining it for me now.
