[NOT_A_BUG] Serpent Strike: only VFX is being played

What went wrong:

1. player animation is not being played
2. damage is not dealt to the enemies

Steps to reproduce:
0. start in the town

1. put a 2-handed sword on
2. spec four point to the Cobra lunge
3. put on a sword and an ax (as in the picture)
4. teleport to your quest area (the ancient forest)
5. use ability

Restarting the game didnt help, so serpent strike is just broken for me

It isn’t supposed to work if you don’t have a spear equipped, per the skill description.
