Disregard this bug. I’m not sure how to close it. I tested it in arena with a fresh cup of coffee this morning. I am afraid my previous results had moments that I did not desummon and resummon my Sabertooth in order to pick up the stat changes. This morning it appears to be working. Those cold skills may be in dire need of a buff, but they ARE scaling on minion and minion cold tags. I apologize for any confusing caused.
