No respawn Button after Death

Hello…

i am now in Chapter 8 and when i Die i get no respawn Button… Nothing helps…
The only thing i can do is restart the game…
Its really disappointed at the end of Chapter 8 cause i had to run 3 Areas again and again…
Is this Bug already known ?
