There are no questmarkers displayed and approaching the caravan does not trigger anything.
I can not finish the quest and returning to town is the only option.
Tried the quest 4 times with always the same issue.
You don’t seem to have the quest step for this Echo. Do you recall if you had the quest step on your first time through?
From what I remember I didn’t have the quest step on the first time through.
Tried the same quest this morning on another character and had no issues on that one.
Quest is only not finishable on this one character.
Was this your first Quest Echo in this timeline since the patch? Or has this entire Monolith been done on 0.8.1?

Quick Update: I did a reset on the timeline and was able to finish the quest.
Good to know it’s fixable! We’re gonna keep an eye on it.
