I have no news regarding my request (6 days without any info) after the deletion of the wrong character on my cycle online account. I would delete a test character, and that’s delete an other character, my main level 87 
I would just like to know if restoration is possible or if I have to resort to redoing everything. I don’t dare to play for the moment, and have been since last Sunday, for fear of distorting my save, the time seems long even if I am aware of the number of requests that you have to process.
