No loot since first coming to the ruined era

I’ve been unable to pick up loot since I received the shard and went through the first time portal to the ruined era.

I can see the loot on the ground, but I cannot pick it up and it was no name button.
I do not have a loot filter on.

I tried creating a loot filter that would show everything but still, nothing happened. The only thing which I can pick up or shows up is gold.

It would appear that I had pressed Z and as such could not pick up items. -_-
