I am not sure if this is bugged or they are just very rare but I have leveled a couple characters and havent seen any of these keys during the campaign. If the dungeon is supposed to add some variety to the campaign the key drop rate needs to be increased quite a bit.

My new VK dropped a lightless arbour key during the compaign. Was lvl 30-40ish. Don’t remember exactly.
Same… but the droprate is definitely on the hens teeth side of the equation - even running high corruption I am not getting Lightless keys even vaguely close to the number of sanctum or soul bastion keys I am getting… As queermathsgirl mentioned, the devs are dealing with this
