No clothes / Portals are Shown / no more progress possible

Hello,
i have an issue wirh the portals and clothes in the game. Since the last update all player characters are shown without clotes and i cannot see and access the portals any more.

Now i cannot complete any echos…

attached a screenshot of a finished echo, but i cannot access the portal back.
