Hi, new player here and just bought the game not long ago. I was wondering why EQ has Cataclysm which the Primalist or Shaman passives don’t have much to support it. Is there a good reason why physical cannot be converted to scale fire damage as it says on the skill description?
Not sure what you mean. If you take the “Cataclysm” Node the Base Dmg is converted to Fire Damage.
While you are right, that Primalist and Shaman do not have much Fire Support, Devs will probably never give alot of Fire Support to it.
Having some outsider nodes/interactions certainly doesn’t hurt that much, since it’s optional to use.
Other Classes have similar converts in their skill trees, to damage types, they usually not support that much.
