Hi guys, I just started playing about a week before the patch, pushed it pretty far with my own Warpath VK build, but started hitting a wall in empowered monos, so I’ve been adjusting according to the Maxroll guide as well as a few tips I overheard in Global chat.
I’m pretty comfortable with up to 500+ corruption, can take down regular Aberroth with relative ease, but have no chance at Uber (get him down to 80% at best).
With a lot of the pre-Uber gear obtained, I’m not sure what to focus on next (I’m CoF, so can’t buy Immortal Vise or Shattered Worlds). Obviously 2+LP on each item would be great, but should I strictly follow the Maxroll suggestions for items and Affixes, or is there something better? For example, I haven’t been able to get a good Clotho’s roll, so I tried the World Splitter with T7 Critical Chance instead. But testing it on the dummy, I feel that Apathy’s Maw (also with T7 CC) performs better…

I would greatly appreciate some tips, because now I’m in the position to really start target farming some specific Exalted items and 2+LP Uniques and I should have a clearer goal. Right now I’m constantly doubting myself - like stick with Apathy’s Maw or keep trying to drop a good Clotho’s? Is Seed of Ekkidrasil even doing me any good or should I try to get the same Exalted helmet that Maxroll uses? Is the Maxroll guide even that good? etc.
