I play with Necromancer, so I mostly know about the Acolyte side of minion playstyle in LE.
Since there are many skills, that can target minions to damage or sacrifice them, and considering how most of the time it is very hard to target specific minions in the heat of battle, a special Minion UI would come in handy, similar to the Loot Filter UI.
In this UI you would select how minion targetable skills would work.
For example you select “Sacrifice” skill and choose how it targets minions:

As it is now - target with the cursor, or target nowhere, and the minion closest to the cursor and direction you are pointing at would be selected.

Use priority - now cursor targeting won’t work, but instead you will arrange minion priority, just like you arrange priority in the loot filter, and now the targetable spells like Sacrifice would always target the minion with lowest/top priority (for example the squishy Bone Minion from Transplant node, which is ideal for sacrificing or for summoning a Blood Spectre).
This would help a lot with minion builds playstyle, as it will eliminate one of the biggest hurdles - having to look at the chaos on the screen and try to target the appropriate minion to buff, sacrifice, rip its blood, and so on.
