Hey guys, will i have my current stash and current rank or will i have to start with nothing? it took me so long to reach rank 9 in the trade market. will i have to grind that again before i can buy items?

Sadly yes. I donât know if they sped it up more or not. It does take way too long. There is just no reason to make it grindy creating a barrier to trade. If you want to buy an item at level 15 from the bazaar you should be able too. Hope EHG gets this right at some point.
yeah i dont like this. the build i want do try has mostly uniques on it. i think i will need rank 8 to buy uniques. it took me weeks to grind it last time
You will start at level 1 with nothing but the starter gear if you create a Season (Cycle) character. You can instead continue to play on your current character which will be Legacy if you desire. In that case you will still have all your gear, faction level, stash tabs, etc.

[/quote] <---- this is what i will be doing. JFYI currently cycle/season/league content is accessible on all game modes UNLIKE other games like POE/D4. so you can just have fun playing the game continuing where you left off.
i ve been playing on and off with a new character on Solo AF mode. got to 99 and level 9 CoF in a few weeks. iâm now pushing to 200 corruption. i DONT WANT to go thru all that all over again.
seasons are fresh starts. legacy is not. up to you 
i would highlight to OP that either way, you get access to seasonal content.
i think i will start a new character. its just a shame how long it takes to level up your faction.
having legacy characters is nice too. different rosters and more character slots 
then you can play legacy and roll a new character. your faction rep will be retained

You can continue in Standard if you want. No regrinding required.
Depending on what uniques you want you could buy them from rank 3.
You can, just not any item. Also, you wonât be able to RMT anymore, just incase you missed that.
You actually canât naturally. On your first character faction choice only happens in act 9. So unless you get a lift there early on, youâll be way above level 15 when you first join MG.
This would only be true for alts.
Or you can get a lift to the bazaar from someone else. But Iâm sure Abom gets to the Bazaar by lvl 15 anyway, even on his first character because heâs just that much better than us.

But yeah, at level 15 Abomb is probably killing 300c Harbingers already.

Please, you expect me to actually read more than the first sentence? If Abom has taught us anything, its that if youâre not first youâre nothing, therefore since that wasnât in your first sentence you never said it.

Does anyone know what happens at season end, stash-tab-wise? Any changes to that?
Nothing was announced, so everything should be as it was for the last 2 resets: you get remove-only tabs and you have to merge.

i dont want to play my old char. i want to start a new one but want to keep my faction and stash. can i make a char in legacy and still have access to all the new stuff that gets added in new season? if the answer is yes then why do people even play cycle? they just prefer to grind all over again?
Yes.
Some people like the fresh start. Making a new character without already having thousands of shards and dozens of uniques/exalted gear.
Some people like the fresh economy reset.
Some people like to compete for the leaderboards.
Some people might also not be aware of this and use season out of habit.
