New rune of added prefix/suffix idea

Was thinking of a new glyph design that can roll an additional prefix/suffix slot to craft on but a high cost of stability to balance it out. Would add an extra form of crafting if you were to find a nice item already with t4-5 on already.

You mean a “rune”, not a “glyph”, but that is semantics

maybe also one that tier ups a random prefix/suffix (that isn’t rank 5 yet). Where you are allowed to use glyphs to effect the crafting chances.

For when you cannot quite rank up the one you want, or maybe you just want to max out all of them.

I honestly think runes and glyphs should be buyable.

Youre not letting go of this buy able thing are ya

And yeah I meant rune, thanks for the correction.

If you found an item with 4x t4-5 affixes already, it would have a moderate amount of instability on it. If you then used your new rune on it that then added lots more instability, your chance to fracture when crafting an additional affix on the item would be very high, so you’d either end up with your 4x t4-5 item that fractured, or a 4x t4-5 + 1x t1 that then fractures when you try to upgrade the new t1 to a t2.
