i havent found any boots at all and i am lvl 44 whats wrong really bad rng ?

Do you mean boots in general? Rare Boots? Unique Boots?

Or do you mean boots specifically for necromancer or minion builds?
There are no minion related boots for necromancer.

If you haven’t found boots in general you should check your loot filter.

i managed to get a drop now around lvl 44
