New Monolith feedback

First off i love the changes on the monolith regarding the reward and visual changes.
However what i would love to see is a chance on getting some bigger rewards, were you have to fight a mini-boss to change things up for example.

Now it feels like iam only grinding those little rewards for a very long time.
It would give the proces variety and something exciting once a while in the system in my opinion. I remember the Synthesis system of POE having this system were sometimes you had those bigger fight/rewards. Btw people… dont get mad for bringing up POE, Synthesis looks really like this system, thats why i bring it up.

Now it feels like everything is a small reward which becomes boring/tedious after doing it for a while.
I absolutely like the changes but i think it only needs this little bit of extra random chance on bigger rewards and fights to make it even better in my opinion.

By the way with rewards i mean the rewards that are linked on every echo.

What are other peoples thoughts on this?

Overall I do like the new Monolith version too… Its harder, longer & less of a mindless grind.

Mini-boss - What about the Shade? I now aim to fight him whenever I see his little floating island… :wink: I almost ignore the others to get to fighting him… I think this is a great addition to the game… especially when one of his versions whips your arse and the next is a cakewalk… great variety and fun.

Rewards… This may be very subjective, but I dont seem to be seeing as much general loot drops as previously… Especially at the early stages of the echo runs… its almost as if there is very little loot (even in the end chest) until you reach a certain % reward boost - then the loot starts flowing again. Not sure on it, have to play much more first.

I definitely like the specific echo rewards tho… its great to plot a path to get something like Experience books (best reward by far for me) or a specific exalted items etcs… I feel (yip no facts here) that the quantity of these rewards could be more tho… more keys, more shards, more reward its in general… especially when you have churned through 30 echos and get 4 items from the reward - cant say if the quantity is scaling like the quality seems to…

I love this new simple version of the Monolith, easier to understand, but it is kinda boring for early levels. I think they should put a progression on it, like the early ones you need like to repeat for about 10-15 times while the higher level ones you need to do more than 30 times… Testing on my char, doing the first one lvl 55, i´m past 63 and still doing it…
