New mechanic ideas for HP based builds

I have some ideas for HP builds to compete with wards.

a) What if lifesteal temporarily increases endurance threshold?

b) What if endurance threshold scales with HP?

c) What if endurance works through max HP insterad instead of bottom? (ex: you absorb damage between 70 and 100% HP instead of 0 to 30%)
