In my opinion, we need a master thread for crafting feedback.
Back to topic, this idea stems from my view of prefix-suffix imbalance where the interesting and very rare affixes are all prefixes. It is from the design decision that prefix is for offensive and suffix for defensive.
So my idea is to add a glyph that allows any affix to be added in any slot, but it doubles instability added by the affix(from 5->10). Can be either one time only (tier0->1) or for each tier increase (which I feel is too punishing).
