One thing I miss (and maybe I just can’t find it anymore with the way things were re-arranged) is there used to be an option that showed me NEW posts and RECENT Posts.
Currently we now just seem to have the LATEST and/or Topics and/or MY posts.
The recent why these don’t do the same as the older possibilities is those old ones gave you a button to DISMISS them if you didn’t want to read them and your queue was back to zero. Now there appears to be one of these infinite scrolling pages and you can clear them out.
If this capability still exists, someone just point me to it because I’ve spent two days now trying to find it. LOLFOF.
Other than the “recent” moderation beesfriends post, my latest list has been working fine. And I assume maybe it’s because the last answer to the thread got deleted, maybe?
What happens constantly, and is rather annoying, is that I keep hacing notifications of new or updated threads but when I click it, nothing is updated. I’m assuming it’s people posting on off-topic or support threads, which doesn’t show up in the latest list.
Personally, I’d rather those posts showed up on the latest list, but if they don’t, at least don’t notify me about them.
EDIT: As for the New or My posts options, I’ve never seen them. To me the forum always showed the latest. I’ve never bothered digging through the settings, though.
What I realy dislike about the Forum layout (like in forever) is the lack of second “Last Epoch Forums” over the share/bookmark/flag/reply section. Always scrolling up or having to use the button on top that brings me back to the last root section of the forum but not to the front page is realy terrible in my eyes.
He meant that the button on the top will bring us (in this case) to the “Feedback and Suggestions” category. And once we’re in there we have to click “Forum Home” to get back to the initial page. There is no button that will bring us from this page directly to the forum home.
I have the same “problem”, which is just an irritant, really. What I usually do is just hit back (My mouse buttons 4 & 5 do back and forward on webpages)).
But isn’t that what the LE icon does? You click on it & get taken to the main page of the forum (which, rather amusingly, I can’t take a screenshot to display for, erm, reasons).
I see. It does do that. It’s just not explicit and thus users aren’t aware of that.

Yeah, like I said, it’s not too explicit. Although the logo on the top is sort of standard for websites to redirect you to the homepage. I’m a web programmer (though not a designer) and that’s a common feature.
My issue was just that I thought it worked kinda like the one in PoE: the main page has a forum link, when you’re in the forum and click the PoE icon it brings you back to the main page. So I assumed the icon would bring us to the main LE page. Basically what clicking on the game logo in the forum home page does.
The conclusion is that the logo functionality isn’t explicit and many users won’t be aware of it, for one reason or another.
