Hello,

I just got a new computer, only to log in my account and find that i have no characters? What do i do?

Same problem here! Changed PC! But my chars are gone! Any tips to bring them back?

Hi there,

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this since all files are currently saved locally. This will not be the case once Multiplayer is released with patch 0.9 later this year.
However, the save files should also be logged into the Steam Cloud and can be retrieved this way. If you have any further inquiries, feel free to message our Support Team.

Thanks man… i got my char back by digging in old posts! this was the solution

C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\Saves

copy files in this folder
from old pc to new

That worked for me! Thank God| :smiley:

I wish I could. My old one doesnt turn on. which is why i got a new new. :frowning: so i just started all over :frowning:
