When are we getting new classes? love the skill trees but i’d like to see some new ones, there are too many melee builds and not enough real caster builds.
Personally a new class isn’t high on my priority list. There are already so many potential builds I haven’t played. I haven’t even touched Warlock, Falconer, Shaman, or Runemaster, let alone play all the possible builds within the masteries I have played.
If they had infinite resources more content of any kind is always cool, but since they seem to struggle getting things done, there are a lot more things they need to play catchup on. Even just talking about classes, there are plenty of balance and bug issues they need to work on before adding even more work.
Mike has said before on his stream that we’ll get new masteries long before we get a new class. There’s no ETA on this, however. As far as I’m aware, from what Mike hinted at, it’s being worked on by part of the team and I guess when it’s done they’ll release it.
