You can see in the clip I leveled up and when I went to allocate the point, the point disappeared, and I gained no talent point.
This is a potentially new gamebreaking bug, is my character permanently bugged with less talent points? Help?
The change to the campaign adjusted which quests give skill points. Press M, you’re likely at less than 15/15 now. Doing one of those quests will reward you the missing skill point to recover the skill point deficit you were at from the change.
