Nests of the Fallen - Alric's Revenge not completable

My client crashed while I was in fight with the quest boss.
after going there again the quest tracker and the map indicate that the boss should be here, but it isn’t.

thus I cannot complete this quest and am missing out of one passive point which the quest is supposed to give.

FYI - I continued my questing until the deep harbor area and then went back to the area and now the boss was there and I could finish the quest.
