Nemesis stopped appearing for my character

Detailed description:
On all my cycle characters i’ve been playing in a party with a friend and nemesis have been showing for both of us. They were also displayed on my newest character but they suddenly stopped being displayed for me even though they are displayed to my party member. I don’t receive the chat message, i can’t see the nemesis icon in the minimap and i can’t actually do them… Our lvls are the same and the area lvl is the same as ours… I didn’t test on any other character after it stopped working for this one

Everytime a nemesis appears for my party member

The problem might be since my friend gave me a waypoint of a lvl 44 campaign area and there was a nemesis right outside. We did it and then i’ve continued doing my campaign from start and at around lvl 15 i’ve stopped seeing them. Since the 4 nemesis encounters per area lvl was added this might be why it isn’t appearing. But i don’t know
