Nemesis completelly changing items after second empower

  1. Player empowers nemesis and successfully kills it:

    1.5. Player goes to end of time, respecs their character passives… Progressed through multiple zones in story.
  2. Player finds another nemesis , but it has completelly different items:

    I have the full replay of the play session available recorded through steam.

P.s. I’m so sad because that is exactly the item i wanted T_T
