Nemesis can spawn OOB inside The Ice Caverns

While exploring The Ice Caverns (Divine era, Heoborea) during A Heoborean Cure sidequest I found out that Nemesis can spawn out of bonds and be not accessible to the Player.

Repro steps:

1. Launch retail 1.1 version of Last Epoch
2. Choose any character
3. Load into The Ice Caverns level and explore
4. Observe you may stumble upon Nemesis OOB

Notes: you can cover over it through wall and cursor change but you still are too far to interact

Yeah, just had the same happen, impossible to get to

Having this issue currently in the Lightless Arbor T4.

Nemesis Shrine is in an area I cannot get to, I’ve run around every way trying to access but it’s spawned behind walls.
